From Helena Montana, the duo who call themselves 'The Boy & Sister Alma' are easily one of the greatest Synth Pop acts I have heard in quite some time. At first listen, one could very easily make some parallels with acts such as Electric Youth or Ronika but once you explore their tracks and really delve into their music you will find a very unique act. Yes, Like the aforementioned acts, TB&SA's music features soothing nostalgic 80's vocals and an overall synth feel, but what sets them truly apart is how they take these aspects and expand on them immensely. Using varying instruments and production techniques, The Boy & Sister Alma have really created something special and us here at Disco Unchained are excited to hear more from them in the future.
