It has been a while since I've posted, but I really want the music I share to have an impact. Finding gems takes time and patience- with this new surge of internet music there is a lot of garbage floating around as well. On a lighter note, It's been quite a while since I've heard something this good. Our friends at L'ordre just dropped Else's brand new track, ''Fangs''. Brilliant, lush synths and chilling, funky vocoders make this track absolutely perfect for late-night drives. Be sure to throw some love at Else here while he's still underground (which can't be for long with music like this).

The Noisy Freaks - French Club (ANOVEL Remix)
And now for some kick-ass french house! Disco Unchained proudly presents "ANOVEL", a new french-electronic band that caught our attention with their beautiful remix of "French Club" by The Noisy Freaks. ANOVEL's sound is similar to that of Justice. 'Nuff said. Definitely give this gem a listen, it's perfect for dancing. And if you like this sound, get more of it here!

Basement Love - The Look- July Track Premiere!
French House at its best. Basement Love's latest gem, "The Look" (no, nothing to do with Metronomy), is one of the most funky tune's i've heard all week. The track features a throwback 70s tone and vocal samples from the same era. Basement Love's sound reminds us of a funker, classier Vanguard if he produced in the 70s. Enjoy another funky Disco Unchained premiere!

Citizens! - "Lighten Up" (Tobtok Remix)
Tobtok doesn't disappoint with his latest remix, an edit of "Lighten Up" by Citizens!, released earlier today via Kitsune Maison. Invigorating as usual, Tobtok's newest mix heavily encompasses both nu-disco and indie-rock elements. Though some chorus-sections feel pitchy at times, the track overall holds a very smooth feel, and is perfect for lounging around outdoors.
