So I thought about it, and I realized I haven't been keeping up with the house/deep house scene lately. Even though I adore a lot of music in that area of sound, I have recently been too occupied with electro funk (how can I help it?). Anyway, I made a mix of the fucking sickest house/deep house tunes I've come across lately (with nods to the classics ofcourse). *LOTS* of gems in here, so be sure to scope it out properly. Also, lots of new mixes on the way (Anoraak, Les Fleurs Du Mal, Miami Horror, and tons of others).

The Other Tribe: I Can Give You Anything
The Other Tribe has been on our radar for a long time now. We've been fans ever since we heard ''We Should Be Dancing'' a while back. What makes The Other Tribe so unique is the sheer depth of their music- their lyrics complement their sound perfectly (think GLOVES and his remix of Van She's ''Changes'').
The Other Tribes' latest release is rather interesting. ''I Can Give You Anything'' features classy synth and even classier vocals. A true gem, just waiting to be found. Be sure to give the track a spin below, and definitely throw some love at The Other Tribe here.

Kimbra- Miracle (Bag Raiders Remix)- Disco Unchained Track Premiere!
We'll be honest, it's been a while since we've heard a track as cool as this. Bag Raiders are back, and with a fresh sound to say the least. Their latest remix has an absolutely arresting electro-rhythm and will surely get your feet tapping. Kimbra's original ''Miracle'' was solid to begin with, but it appears that Bag Raiders have (once again) managed to take gold and turn it into platinum, so to speak. Definitely give this brand new gem a spin, and be sure to throw some love at our good friend Kimbra and the boys at Bag Raiders.

Tetrahominoid: Convoy.
How about some synthwave for a change? Tetrahominoid, a brand new synthwave act from LA, recently dropped an interesting track worth taking a look at. ''Convoy'' features nostalgic synth reminiscent of early Maethelvin, and vocoder samples that sound like something from Daft Punk's earlier albums. An interesting blend of sounds indeed. Definitely worth a spin.

Mickey 'LA Anyway' EP
Mickey's new "LA Anyway'' EP is definitely something. Deep house has become a rather saturated genre at the moment, and it's becoming increasingly hard to come across quality music in this niche. However, Mickey's new EP puts all our fears to rest. The first track, 'Holding Hands'' is probably the coolest track of the two-track EP. It's rare we come across an artist that takes vocal samples from Donny and Joe Emerson (If you don't know who they are, do yourself a favor and look them up). "Holding Hands'' features sexy 70s guitar snippets and vocals smoother than Marlboro Lights.
You can find more stuff by Mickey here, and if you're digging his new EP, it's up for grabs here.
