Who are the "Blind Dancers," you say? Well, they're a rocking new synth-pop band from Lima, Peru, who made their debut a few weeks ago with the track, "Parallel Time". The track was released on Hype Records Peru, and features breathtaking vocals, a cosmic 80's synth-line and an especially catchy chorus.
